IEC 61009-1 Power Load Supply for Circuit-breakers Test System

The test equipment conforms to the standard requirements of IEC 61009-1:2012, IEC 60898-1:2015 clause 9.11, etc.
It is used to provide adjustable load voltage, current and power factor for mechanical-electrical contact system testing. It is suitable for switching capacity and normal operating life testing of switches for household and similar fixed electrical installations. Also suitable for breaking capacity and normal operating life tests of plugs and sockets for household and similar purposes, as well as electrical stress tests for lamps and other similar tests.
Test principle: The load cabinet outputs one three-phase power supply and three-phase load input, and the load can be divided into resistive, inductive or capacitive (fluorescent lamp type) loads and three-in-one optional. Load line current: 8-130A manually adjustable, output line voltage AC: 10-400V manually adjustable. Output power factor 0.3 ~ 0.999 electric adjustable. The device has the advantages of beautiful appearance, reasonable layout and simple operation.
Features:
The load cabinet adopts an integral steel structure frame and Toyota white seal board. The upper front is the operation control panel, on which there are control power switch, product energizing current, voltage and power, power factor display instrument, load power switch, various status indicators, start and stop buttons, capacitance conversion switch, load type conversion switch and alarms etc. The lower part corresponds to the voltage output adjustment knob, current adjustment knob and inductance adjustment knob of each channel. Each load cabinet has a three-in-one function of resistive, inductive and capacitive (fluorescent lamp type) loads, which can be switched by a switch. The interior of the load cabinet adopts strong wind convection cooling. There are binding posts at the rear and lower part of the load cabinet, which can be connected with the switch plug and socket life tester through wires, and output current, voltage and power during the testing process.
