UL 1581 Electrical Cables Wires 225W 500W Flame VW1 FT2 4m³ Flammability Test Chamber
Overview:
This flammability test chamber meets the requirements of UL1581 flame test. The effects of flames in the early stages of fire on electrical and electronic products are used to assess the degree of fire hazard through simulation techniques. It is mainly used for 1080 VW-1 (vertical-specimen) flame test and 1100 horizontal-specimen/ FT2 flame test on finished wires and cables or cords, to evaluate the ability of wires, cables or flexible cords to spread flame to nearby flammable materials when it is on fire.
The equipment adopts PLC control system, touch screen humanized operation interface, black background, multi-function flame gauge; the chamber body is made of stainless steel, the observation window is large; the original imported flame control system to make the flame adjustment become simple; and it has stable performance and convenient operation.
