CISPR 14-1 Steel Vessels For Hotplates Test Φ110mm Φ145mm Φ180mm Φ220mm Φ300mm
Standards & Clauses:
The vessel conforms to the standard requirements of CISPR 14-1:2016, IEC 60335-2-6:2018 figure 102, IEC60335-2-9:2016 clause 3.1.9.108 figure 104, etc. One set includes Ф110 mm, Ф145 mm, Ф180 mm, Ф210 mm, Ф300mm, total 5 pcs.
The vessel simulates the cooking appliance which is placed on the induction hotplate. The vessel is made of low carbon steel having a maximum carbon content of 0.08%.
Technical Parameters:
Diameter of cooking zone mm | Approximate dimension | ||
A mm | d mm | c mm | |
≤110 | 2mm±0.5mm | 110 | ≤0.006d |
>110≤145 | 2mm±0.5mm | 145 | ≤0.006d |
>145≤180 | 2mm±0.5mm | 180 | ≤0.006d |
>180≤220 | 2mm±0.5mm | 210 | ≤0.006d |
>220≤300 | 2mm±0.5mm | 300 | ≤0.006d |
Test procedures and operation
Please refer to the relevant standards.
Take IEC60335-2-9:2016 clause 3.1.9.108 as an example:
Induction hot plates are operated with vessels containing cooking oil. Controls are adjusted to their highest setting until the oil temperature reaches 180℃±4℃, and are them adjusted so that this temperature is maintained. The oil temperature is measured 1 cm above the centre of the bottom of the vessel. For appliances which cannot heat the oil to 180℃±4℃, the control is maintained at its highest setting.
