Product information:

This probe conforms to standard requirements of IEC 61032 test probe 1 figure 5, and required by many standards such as IEC 60529 for IP1 testing, IEC 60335-1, IEC 60065 and etc.

This test probe 1 is intended to verify the degree of protection of enclosures against ingress of solid foreign objects having a diameter of 50 mm or greater.

Take IEC 60529:2013 clause 13.2 as an example:

The object probe is pushed against any openings of the enclosure with the force specified in table 7.

The test probe doesn’t have built-in force, if specific applied force required, the test probe should work together with a force gauge (use a force gauge to apply required force on the probe directly).
