Force gauge measuring range 0~500N, resolution: 0.1N
D-section loading bar diameter Ф10±0.1mm
Equipment dimensions Length * width * height: 1000mm*500mm*810m

Use Method for Cookware Handle Bending Strength Test Apparatus:

1) Install the cookware as shown below, adjust the left and right, up and down positions of the push-pull force gauges to align the D-section loading bar(s) with the measured handle(s) position. If testing single-handle cookware, make sure that the distance between the contact surface of the D-section loading bar and the handle is 10±1mm from the end of the handle. If testing double-handle cookware, the positions of push-pull force gauges on both sides should be well adjusted.

2) Press down the handle (as shown below), force applied steadily by turning the crank counterclockwise until the required force is reached or the handle connection fails. For testing double-handle cookware, force should be applied by turning the crank counterclockwise on both sides at the same time.
3) Check the sample is qualified or not after testing.
