Solar panel walk-in constant temperature and humidity test chamber is mainly designed and manufactured according to standards of IEC60068-2-11:2021, IEC60068-2-52:2017, IEC 1251:1993, IEC 61730 and etc. It is used for the detection of photovoltaic module salt spray corrosion test; the purpose is to determine the ability of the module to resist salt spray corrosion.
The salt spray corrosion test can evaluate the adaptability of photovoltaic module materials and the quality and uniformity of the protective layer. The sample does not need to be pretreated, and the inclination angle between the upper surface of the component where the sample is placed and the vertical direction should be 15° to 30°, and the test lasts for 96 hours.
The test chamber adopts PLC intelligent central integrated control, touch screen display and operation, it is equipped with sample placement brackets, and a slope at the entrance of the test room. The samples are convenient to be moved and placed. The whole system is simple to operate, and the whole machine is beautiful and generous.
Power Supply Conditions for Photovoltaic Module Salt Fog Spray Corrosion Test Chamber:
AC380V three-phase four-wire system + protective grounding; the allowable fluctuation range of voltage is ±10%V.
The allowable frequency fluctuation range is 50±0.5HZ; TN-S power supply or TT power supply.
The grounding resistance of the protective ground wire is less than 4Ω.
The user is required to configure an air or power switch of corresponding capacity for the equipment at the installation site, and this switch must be independently used for this equipment.

The inner chamber is welded by gray-white imported PVC board, and the thickness of the board is 8mm.
The outer chamber is welded by gray-white imported PVC board, and the thickness of the board is 5mm.
The control box and the test box are integral left and right rear structures. The left side is the test box body, and the right side is the brine tank and saturated pressure tank. The water and electricity separation structure effectively prevents water from entering the electrical control box and damaging the accessories, which is safe and reliable.
The whole chamber is a floor-standing structure. The bottom of the equipment is welded with channel steel to form a frame structure. The bottom is equipped with movable casters and positioning cups to facilitate the movement and positioning of the chamber.
The chamber can be well sealed to ensure that the corrosive gas in the chamber does not leak, and the sealing cover is opened by the automatic lifting method of the cylinder, which is easy to operate.
