IEC 60529:2013 clause 13.2 is used as an example:

Push the object probe against any opening in the housing with the force specified in Table 7.

The test probe has no built-in force and if a specific applied force is required, the test probe should be used in conjunction with a force gauge (use the force gauge to apply the required force directly to the probe).
