IEC 61851-1 Strength Impact Test Equipment For Electric Vehicle Power Supply Equipment With PLC Control
Product Information:
This test equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of standards such as IEC 61851-1 2017 Clause 12.11.
The test equipment is composed of two kinds of impact test devices. Two kinds of mechanical strength test methods can be used for impact test of EVSE shell.
The impact energy is formed by releasing the pendulum through the electromagnet; And has the automatic electric brake, prevents the second collision.
The device is controlled by PLC, touch screen and remote control. The height of the click point can be adjusted by electronic control.
The adjustment of strike height and the release of strike elements can be controlled remotely.
The sample installation base is made of high strength steel plate and channel steel, which has the characteristics of high strength and impact resistance. The sample to be tested is fixed with manual screws.
