Product information:

The test equipment conforms to the standard requirements of IEC60335-2-36 clause 18.102.
The equipment is used to verify appliances equipped with glass ceramics or similar surface materials. The structure should be able to ensure the thermal stress occurring in normal use. And after 500 cycles of use, the surface water overflow resistance of the product, the heat resistance and high temperature water overflow resistance of the surface material are tested.
Test principle: The pan is placed mechanically by PLC control, and the sample is electrically controlled to be turned on and off. It runs for 500 cycles at 1.1 times the voltage, and each cycle includes 10 minutes of power on and 10 minutes of power off. After the last cycle, the pan is mechanically removed, and the cooktop is automatically tested for overflow. The overflow test is a program-controlled automatic pouring of 2L of cold water at a temperature of 10-15°C on the surface of the induction cooker within 1 minute.
Structure: The equipment consists of an electrical control cabinet (including a load voltage regulator), a rack and a mechanical arm mounted thereon, overflow pipes and control valves, and a water cooler.
